 Alexander S. - 07.08.2019  The disc is closer in spirit to the robots of the 90s than to their classic albums of the 70-80s. The sound has become a bit heavier compared to Get A Grip and Nine Lives, however, the melody is no less. This is due to the abundance of keyboards in some songs. Instruments are combined very organically, vocals are what you need for this music. The disc consists almost of hits only, although I don’t really like to divide songs into “hits” and “not hits” - I listen to every song as a hit. Nevertheless, a bunch of hits on the album - "Beyond Beautiful", "Just Push Play", "Fly Away From Here" - this, of course, is not all. I really won’t say what a hit the song "Jaded" became - a hit for all time! The rest of the songs on the album are very good songs, "hidden hits", I would say. I want to highlight the last track (like a bonus) called "Face" - an acoustic song that I really like.
Bottom line: One of the best Aerosmith CDs, a quality album, and no pop. One of my favorite hard rock discs.
