Musically the album is still astounding and it doesn't take a long time to get used to vocal as they compliment the music rather well. Highly recommended

The Canadian destroyers really sparked the fire with their debut album. Jeff Waters introduced a new way of riffing and soloing, which btw made an impact on Megadeth too. So, can we say this record is a must have in your collection? Absolutely!

This album received the status of a cult right after the release and absolutely deservedly: a very creative guitar work, rich arrangements, a special atmosphere. Annihilator's first and best album.

Amazing debut by the Canadian band, leaded by Jeff Waters. To me, this is the best of their material overall. I've enjoyed it, since I've first heard it in 1989. The complex compositions, along with heavy riffs, Randy Rampage's vocals, masterful Jeff Water's solos, excellent drumming, speed, all of this is here! The quality of the production was excellent too, which, unfortunately, lacked albums of other great Canadian metal bands of that period (Razor, Exciter).

Debut album of Canadian thrash metal legends Annihilator, it's one of the all time metal classics. Excellent guitar work by Jeff Waters, good production.It's 30 years old, but this album still holds up.
