"Live Abortion Plus" is the title of this sampler, which was launched by Sireena Records. Based on the limited edition of a thousand pieces Fan Club Edition "Live Abortion" in 2000 the Wall Breaker, the new edition in painstaking work complements and extends useful. From the original Silberling only missing the bonus track "Meta fan", which was recorded in 1977 in Korbach. For the tracklist has been increased to a total of eleven tracks, so "Live Abortion Plus" comes to a total running time of almost eighty minutes and thus leaves no wishes unfulfilled. The pieces were selected to have come deliberately. "Long Tall Sally" was already on the classic Live from 1974 a fixture at the performances of Birth Control and was for many years the repertoire - mostly played in the encore. This recording is from 1975 and was recorded on March 5 in the engineering academy Westerberg, Osnabrück. The second additional song "Hoodoo Man" is one of the most famous pieces of the band, however, was not nearly as often live presented as "Long Tall Sally". The version included here is from the year 2002, that falls a bit out of the window of the other recordings. Nevertheless, the song belongs necessarily in this collection and supplemented perfectly with the BC -Überflieger "Gamma Ray", the known manner on the cult album yes Hoodoo Man can be found. But the real 'Sensation' on this CD is the last title. "America" ??has never been published. Recorded on October 5, 1982 at the rehearsal room of Birth Control, imported only by Bruno Frenzel and Bernd Noske, is here the only German sung track. And "Gamma Ray" was on this tour course, the highlights of the shows, although the existing version here 'only' is just fifteen minutes and thus the 'harmless' versions heard. "Live Abortion Plus" belongs on the shelf of anyone who is interested in rock music and it's history.
