With this basic attitude, Konstanze Eickhorst dedicates her new GENUIN recording to a hand-picked selection of Bach's piano works. It shows a broad spectrum of Bach's music, from the positive, forceful F major of the Italian Concerto to the two partitas - the delicate one in B-flat major and the playful one in G major - to the D minor of the Chromatic Fantasy and Fugue. Konstanze Eickhorst's career also began with Bach: she won a prize at the Toronto Bach Competition.
