Beschreibung: | In 1778, Mozart spent half a year in Paris accompanied by his mother, Anna Maria. Tragedy struck in the middle of the summer, when she died of fever. Both works on this album were composed during the first weeks after their arrival in the city. In a letter to his father dated April 7, 1778, Mozart wrote that he had composed a sinfonia concertante for Mannheim musicians visiting Paris, scored for flute, oboe, horn, and bassoon. The work on this recording is considered to be a revised copy of the score, with the flute replaced by a clarinet., Runningtime: 00:00:00, Bassoon: Per Hannisdal, Booklet Editor: Hege Wolleng, Clarinet: Leif Arne Pedersen, Conductor, Photography By: Alan Buribayev, Conductor, Photography By: Arvid Engegård, Design [Cover]: Anna Julia Granberg, Engineer [Balance], Mastered By, Mixed By: Thomas Wolden, Engineer [Balance], Mixed By: Arne Akselberg, Flute: Per Flemström, Harp, Photography By: Birgitte Volan, Horn: Inger Besserudhagen, Illustration [Cover]: Jan Ove Iversen, Liner Notes: Torkil Baden, Liner Notes [Translation]: Jim Skurdall, Oboe: Pavel Sokolov, Orchestra: Oslo Filharmoniske Orkester, Photography By: Leif Arne Pedersen, Producer, Editor [Recording]: Vegard Landaas, Labelcode LAWO1071.2 (LWC 1071), Phonographic Copyright (p) Lawo, Copyright (c) Lawo Classics, Made By Dicentia, Recorded At Oslo Konserthus |
