Matthew Fisher was the keyboard player of Procol Harum. It's he who created classic sound of the band on A Whiter Shade of Pale. "A Salty Dog Returns" is his solo album of instrumental music. His signature keyboards sounds are present but don't expect too much. There's no depth of Procol Harum records. Only the mood of that good old times. In general it's light, positive, sometimes energetic, sometimes - wistful and dreamy music for the lovers of Procol Harum sound. As always - J.S. Bach was involved into creation of the music.
