Eight Miles High is an album by Dutch rock band Golden Earring, released in 1969. It was the first album released under the slightly shorter name Golden Earring (formerly Golden Earrings) and the only album with drummer Sieb Warner. I recommend.

Golden Earring started out as a beat and pop band, but gradually weighed down and complicated the sound; during the years of greatest success the ensemble performed hard rock with progressive elements. This is the fifth studio album released in 1969. On this album you can already hear the recognizable sound of the group. It began its heyday.
