 | Beschreibung: | After a full career which has spanned decades without a lull Tom Harrell is as busy as ever. Here is a project which supplements his working quintet with two additions saxophonist Jaleel Shaw and bassist/singer Esperanza Spalding. Esperanza can be heard lending her voice to a number of Tom's impressive compositions, sometimes using it in a such way that it takes on the role of a instrument and also delivering a wonderfully unique version of his popular "Sail Away" in Portuguese ("Velejar"). Colors of a Dream is perhaps Harrell's most imaginative recording to-date., Runningtime: 00:00:00, Alto Saxophone: Jaleel Shaw, Bass: Esperanza Spalding, Bass: Ugonna Okegwo, Composed By: Tom Harrell, Design: Keiji Obata, Drums: Johnathan Blake, Engineer [Engineered By]: John Davis (4), Executive-Producer: Joe Fields, Liner Notes: Tom Schnabel (2), Mixed By, Mastered By: David Darlington, Photography By: Angela Harrell, Producer: Angela Harrell, Producer: Tom Harrell, Tenor Saxophone: Wayne Escoffery, Trumpet, Flugelhorn: Tom Harrell, Vocals: Esperanza Spalding, Labelcode HNR757254.2 (HCD 7254), Phonographic Copyright (p) HighNote Records, Inc., Copyright (c) HighNote Records, Inc., Published By Tom Harrell Music, Recorded At The Bunker Studio, Mixed At Bass Hit Studios, Mastered At Bass Hit Studios, Designed At Littlefield & Company | | Produzent: |
