2014 album from the British rockers. Out of the ashes of a hard living, touring Brit art rock band stumbled Rosco Levee, founder of the southern slide. Taking advice from friend and contemporary Pete Molinari with whom he performed frequently, he travelled as a soloist and guitar slinger for hire, all the while realizing that he wanted to make the kind of music he heard in his head and wanted to hear out in the world. It can best be summed up as an album of good hard rock 'n' roll for today's ears, with a touch of modern blues, in a Woodstock meets the raconteurs kind of way. Recorded straight to tape, the big sounds on this album show where the southern slide sit and what they do best.
