Luxurious reissue, however, the album generates a mixed opinion. The fact is that here the group slowed down significantly, but the atmosphere did not work out. Very rarely I listen to this particular album, selective tracks.

MARDUK remains MARDUK, and you still will not hear either keyboards or clean vocals or other snot here, however, there are plenty of new elements in music. First, it is the presence of a significant number of medium-tempo and even slow fragments, which, nevertheless, sound Mardukian hard. Secondly, Arabic motifs are woven into music. A very remarkable track is Bonds of Unholy Matrimony, starting from the reef, which immediately reminded me of At The Heart Of Winter, on which, you won’t believe, Morgan gave a guitar solo !!! There was nothing like this in MARDUKa before! In addition, the bass lines are very interesting, the bass here does not just fall under the guitars, and in some places also plays something of its own, at the very beginning you can even hear a short bass solo. There is not a single song on the disc that could be called the vulgar word "hit", even the Funeral Bitch, with the image of which the jersey was released, does not claim this title. In general, it’s even good that MARDUK is not trying to popularize its music, making it easier to understand, however, the main drawback of this disc is precisely the kind of dullness and monotony of all compositions, especially towards the end.
