Extremely good recording to test your system’s capabilities. With a wide detailed dynamic presentation this disc is one of the must have audiophile recordings.

Patricia Barber is amazing. Her playing, which is stellar, is matched by her singing. Opening song, 'WHAT A SHAME' is a perfect start to a fine album of interesting transitions. 'Ode to Billie Jo' a song that was, for me, always kind of 'eh'. Not any longer. Barber's interpretation shows this song in a way that feels, 'true, personal, touching'.
