Hoobastank's origin can be traced to Agoura, Ca in the early 90's when vocalist Doug Robb and guitarist Don Estrin found themselves competing against one another in a high school battle of the bands. Each impressed with each other, they began collaborating and eventually quit their respective groups to join forces. With their Island Records self-entitled debut, Hoobastank is preparing to deliver on promise of it's early success.
