"Rapture of the deep" is the first album of Deep purple after the departure of the great master Jon Lord. And now it is safe to say that Deep purple was a group of Blackmore and Lord. After Blackmore left and replacing him with Morse, Lorde compensated for Morse's frankly weak performance with his own magnificent performance. But there's no Lord in this album anymore, Airey plays uncertainly, he can't compare to Lord. And it would have been very bad if it hadn't been for Roger Glover. With his faery bass guitar playing as a lead guitar, he saves the album. The excellent work of Gillan and Paice should also be noted. In general, if it had not been for the well-coordinated work of the "golden" three Glover, Gillan and Paice, the result would have been much more deplorable. The undeniable advantage of the album is the very good quality of recording.
