Ramirez is a quite unknown artist but definitely one of the most important contributors to the modern Techno / Trance sound that is heard today. Some of their older and most representative songs, despite of having 12 or 13 years, still sound fresh, energizing and creative.

Von 1989 bis 1994 sorgte der gebürtige Kolumbianer Ramirez mit seiner Mischung aus Techno und kolumbianischen Heimatklängen für Furore und hatte zahlreiche Clubhits. Danach wurde es auf einen Schlag ruhig um Ramirez. Die jetzige Wiederauferstehung bringt leider keine erhofften neuen Produktionen, aber eine Neuauflage des Album Klassikers „Terapia“ incl. Einer 2. CD mit aktuellen Remixen seiner grössten Tracks, unter anderem von Thomas Schumacher, Thomas P. Heckmann, Dr. Motte, Strom, Pascal FEOS, Carl Cox usw.. Herausgekommen sind geniale Klassiker in fantastischen Clubmixen.
