After the not very impressive "School's Out", Alice gave to the public a gorgeous product. There is simply nothing to find fault in this album, the material is absolutely perfect. But the most chic, the most important highlight of the album - all ten tracks are completely different! Therefore, "Billion Dollar Babies" arises the desire to listen endlessly, enjoying the presented "pictures". The four local songs have long been a classic hard rock and mandatory concert numbers in the show Cooper. This is a bright, satirical, ridiculing all politicians of the world, the thriller "Elected", a sharp and tough title song, in turn ridiculing the "chic" life of supermodels, a simple but memorable for a long time super hit of all times "No More Mr Nice Guy", and finally, the queen of the ball is the necrophilia saga (!!!), which closes the album, with the appropriate name "I Love The Dead". Why did Ezrin and Cooper write THAT I don’t know THAT, but it makes serious impressions! Fortunately, the life of this disc does not end on four hits. We'll have to repeat, but you can listen to and get great pleasure from everything. Whether it's a positive welcome anthem with an orchestra in the background ("Hello Hooray"), a primitive story about night butterflies ("Raped And Freezin '") or a funny fun thing about the most terrible thing in the world, a visit to the dentist ("Unfinished Sweet" ). Well, I can’t help but mention three more outstanding works - the almost folk "Generation Landslide" (the lyrics of this song are just brilliant), the really COOL song "Sick Things" (I don’t really want to know what things Alice means in this song) and, finally, the absolute limit - the sweet piano ballad "Mary Ann" about unrequited love suddenly turns into such a waltz twist, that the legs start dancing, and the listener enters with homeric laughter. Well, and how - many performers can cause such a range of sensations for forty minutes listening to the disc? Here I’m talking about the same thing - Cooper's true talent is to touch upon the most diverse and sometimes deeply hidden strings of the soul with his music. This master class deserved a dozen.
