This version of Metal On Metal comes as a 1xCD. - Import-only pressing of the 1982 sophomore album from the Canadian Speed Metal pioneers. Metal on Metal is often considered the missing link between the New Wave of British Heavy Metal of the late '70s and the West Coast Thrash Metal of the early to mid '80s. Since Anvil were from Toronto, a city not known for a booming Metal scene, Anvil unfortunately got lost in the shuffle while the bands they inspired achieved far more success. Still, Metal on Metal delivers a powerful punch decades after it's original release. 10 tracks.
