 | Description: | Sevens + Extras by Gnac, released 27 November 2009, includes the following tracks: "Armchair Thriller", "1958", "A Tangle With...", "Heliotrope" and more.
This version of Sevens + Extras comes as a 1xCD. - Sevens is the first album by GNAC, whose subsequent albums were Friend Sleeping (1999), Biscuit Barrel Fashion (2001) and Twelve Sideling Glances (2006), as well as a more guitar orientated album as Mark Tranmer, Scoop of Ice Cream Moon (2004). Biscuit Barrel Fashion was released on the Poptones label, and declared album of the month by Russian Playboy magazine. Now expanded to 17 tracks (71 minutes of music), Sevens gathers together several impossibly rare 7' singles released on labels including Kooky, Earworm, Acetone and Liquefaction, as well as compilation-only tracks and extras. Mark Tranmer also writes the music for the Montgolfier Brothers, who released their third album All My Bad Thoughts in late 2005 and frequently tour in Europe. Mark is currently recording with Ian Masters (ex-Pale Saints, Spoofed Hybrid) on their collaborative project Wingdisk, and writing soundtrack music.Packaged in a standard jewel case with an 8-page booklet.
"Sevens" on front cover; "Sevens Bis" on spine and disc.
