LTM are pleased to announce the digital return of the debut album by unclassifiable New York art minimalists Thick Pigeon originally released in October 1984 on Factory Records (Fact 85). Thick Pigeon was a duo comprising composer Stanton Miranda & instrumentalist Carter Burwell. After several singles for boutique European indie Les Disques du Crepuscule in 1982-83 including Subway & Dog the pair linked up with New Order duo Steven Morris & Gillian Gilbert for their first.

Tracks (1) to (11) originally released as the album Too Crazy Cowboys on Factory Records (Fact 85/Factus 16) in September 1984. Recorded at Strawberry Studios, Stockport. Tracks (12) and (13) [url=http://www.discogs.com/release/246365]originally released as a 12" single on Factory Benelux (Fbn 44)[/url] in March 1986.
