After the atrocious '87 record, Dangerous charm, Sinner called it quits. Matt Sinner resurfaced with a solo record, followed by two Sinner releases, No alibis and Respect. The latter two were not bad, but they were far from the glorious days of Danger zone and Touch of sin. With Bottom line, Matt Sinner delivered his true return album. Not a single weak song on this output, it's a thrill ride from start to finish, with versatile enough tracks. The sound is really raw and that goes for not only the guitars but the drums as well, they really rip, while Matt has great, memorable choruses. Each song has its own character, they stick in your head after the first spin, and they stay there, you will not get bored with them. I'd rate this record around 90%, and that only because Nature of evil is better.
