Description:Paranoid by Black Sabbath, released 1 May 2014. This version of Paranoid comes as a 1xCD in a(n) Digipak packaging. -
Digitally re-mastered edition of the classic 1970 sophomore album from the British Hard Rock legends. If their debut album threw down the iron-studded gauntlet for all would-be early '70s Hard Rock acts daring to follow-suit, then album #2 would raise the bar yet higher still by becoming one, if not the, greatest Heavy Metal album of all-time. Released on the same day that Jimi Hendrix passed away, Paranoid would become an unstoppable tour-de-force of Rock classics lead from the front by the Top 5 pre-release single that is the iconic title track. Bolstered by further Sabbath classics in the making ('War Pigs', 'Iron Man' and 'Fairies Wear Boots'), Paranoid cemented the Birmingham four-piece as a genuine U.K. musical phenomenon and is seen by many as THE Black Sabbath album. Eight tracks. Sanctuary.

Eugene S. - 16/Nov/2023 5 of 5 Stars!
The second studio album by English heavy metal band Black Sabbath, released on 18 September 1970. Paranoid is widely regarded as one of the greatest and most influential heavy metal albums of all time, often cited as a key influence for the development of the heavy metal music genre as well as one of its earliest albums.

Alexander Ivanovich S. - 03/Mar/2023 5 of 5 Stars!
Great edition of the one of the greatest rock albums! The second BS album was a breaking for the group. Now it's a classic. And "War Pigs" became an anti-war anthem. This is must have for any serious rock collector!

Whist Black Sabbath just can not be denied the adulation they deserve as pioneers and producers of rock/metal at its best, Paranoid has to be their greatest work. Overall, one of the best early Hard Rock/Metal albums of all time which is worth owning on physical format.
