Reissued in 1960 as LP " The Happy Blues " [Prestige PRLP 7039] credited to Gene Ammons All Stars. The track "Madhouse" is omitted due to the space. Tracks 1-1 to 1-4 and 2-6 to 2-8 recorded at Van Gelder Studio, Hackensack, New Jersey, respectively on January 3, 1958, and April 23, 1956.
