Band aus London, die Mitte der 1980er Jahre erfolgreich war. Die
Band bestand aus dem Gitarristen John Spinks, dem Sänger und Bassisten
Tony Lewis, und Schlagzeuger Alan Jackman. Die Band erlangte einen Ruf
als eine sehr "amerikanisch" klingende Gruppe und trat nur wenige Monate in
England auf, bis sie aufgrund eines Demos in den USA bei Columbia Records unter Vertrag genommen wurden.
Mit dem Erfolg ihrer Debütsingle "Say It Isn't So" erlangten The Outfiled gro�e Popularität und die Folgesingle "Your Love" schaffte es in mehreren Ländern in die Top 10 und in den USA sogar auf Platz 6 der
Billboard Hot 100. SchlieÃ?lich wurde das Album mit dreifach Platin ausgezeichnet und vier Titel erklommen die Charts; die beiden oben genannten
