Description:
Während einer Reise erleidet Gulliver bei einem Sturm Schiffbruch und strandet im friedlichen Zwergenstaat Liliput. Als die Liliputaner den Riesen am Ufer finden, fürchten sie, der Riese könne in böser Absicht gekommen sein. Sie fesseln ihn und bringen ihn in die Stadt. Als er dem König vorgeführt wird, gelingt es Gulliver jedoch, sich zu befreien. Zunächst fliehen die Liliputaner voller Entsetzen, doch Gulliver überzeugt sie, nicht in feindlicher Mission gekommen zu sein. So ist es ihm möglich, einen Streit zwischen den Liliputanern und einem benachbarten Zwergenvolk zu schlichten.
