Sie wollen Party: Sie wollen's noch mal wissen.Nun, zwölf Jahre später, kehren Tommie (Tom Gerhardt) und Mario (Hilmi Sözer) wieder auf die große Kinoleinwand zurück. Die zwei Underdogs aus Köln-Kalk, sind die dümmsten Polizisten Deutschlands und stehen kurz vor ihrer Entlassung. (Auch die Frage drängt: Wie kommen zwei derartige Loser überhaupt zur Polizei?) Doch da naht ihr bislang größter Fall: Der Geißbock Hennes, geliebtes Kult-Maskottchen des 1. FC Köln, ist entführt worden! Der Verein, die Spieler und natürlich die Fans sind am Boden zerstört. Eine hochchaotische Jagd quer durch Deutschland beginnt.
