Description:Steven Brown is one of the creative mainsprings behind the cult left-field band Tuxedomoon. As a solo artist he has recorded some ten solo albums including Music for Solo Piano (1983) Zoo Story (1984) Searching for Contact (1987) Music for Film & Theatre (1988) Half Out (1991) & Nine Rain (1996). in 2002 LTM released a Best of collection titled Decade. The all-instrumental Music for Solo Piano was originally recorded for Les Disques du Crepuscule in 1982 & remains one of Steven's.
Originally released in 1984 on [url=http://www.discogs.com/release/356657]Another Side (SIDE 8405)[/url] and [url=http://www.discogs.com/release/356661]1988 on Les Disques du Crépuscule (TWI 110)[/url]. Tracks 12 to 17 taken from Tuxedomoon's [url=http://www.discogs.com/master/20788]"Ghost Sonata"[/url]. Tracks 12 and 13 recorded for radio early in 1983. Track 14 recorded at John Foxx's Garden studio in London in March 1982. Tracks 15 to 17 recorded in January 1983, produced for BRT Radio. All tracks licensed from Steven Brown except: 12 to 14 Joeboy Productions, 15 to 17 Les Disques du Crépuscule. Digitally remastered in 2003. Made in England Released in a standard jewel case; includes an 8-page booklet.
