Recorded at Metronome Records, Copenhagen, Oct 9, 1964 (1, 3, 5, 11, 13) and Olympic Sound Studios, London, Oct 24, 1964 (2, 4, 6-10, 12). Bob Koester's booklet notes dated "1964, amended 1999". Tracks 12-13 are bonus tracks, not on earlier LP release.
