2011 release, the first album in six years from the acclaimed Irish vocalist. Stories from the Steeples features duets with Imelda May, Finbar Furey and Janis Ian. Mary is known for her commitment to original material by Irish songwriters and her unique interpretations of the songs she chooses and this album is no exception. Here, Mary has included three songs from young Irish songwriter Danny O'Reilly. Blix Street Records.
