Recorded between August 2010 and May 2011 in Fall Creek, Wisconsin and Toronto, Canada. Tracks 1, 3, 4 and 9 were mixed at The Garden (Miloco Studios), London. Tracks 2, 5 to 8 and 10 were mixed at Phase One Studios, Toronto.
