Complete Demos 1980-1986 is an album by Adolescents, released in 2018. The album is a punk LP. -

Vinyl LP pressing. The Adolescents need no introduction, they virtually invented the melodic power punk that made Orange County famous when the band formed in 1980. Frontier Records, home of The Adolescents' legendary debut, AKA The Blue Album, is proud to release all of their influential demos from their earliest rehearsals up until 1986. 14 of these tracks are previously unreleased, including one studio recording- "Richard Hung Himself"- originally recorded for the Welcome to Reality EP. 2018 is Frontier's 38th anniversary and we couldn't be any prouder to offer this special black and white jacket for The Adolescents' demo album, after these are gone, they are GONE!

* Tracks A1 to A4: Recorded in Tony's mom's garage, Anaheim, March 14, 1980, on a Toshiba Reflexon, a realistic cassette deck. Digital repair done at DOB Sound. * Tracks A5 to A8: Recorded at Phantom Studios, Midway City, May 1980. * Tracks B9 to B13: Recorded at the Casbah, Fullerton, July 1980. * Track B14: Recorded at Perspective Sound, Sun Valley, July 1981. This track was going to be the 4th song on the '[r=631106]' EP but was left off before release. * Tracks B15 & B16: Recorded at the Casbah, Fullerton, April 1986. Tracks are listed sequentially, regardless of sides. Includes an insert with lyrics, liner notes, and band pictures. Track A1 published by Psychotic Yahtzee.
