Descripción:For their third major label release, Fall Out Boy return as twice-minted multi-platinum celebrities and deftly deliver what they came to: A huge rock album by a huge rock band. Having already lost any shred of punkdom that the '00s strand of emo ever had, the Illinois quartet seems unfettered by their chosen genre's boundaries and dive headlong into a loud stew of affecting power pop, glam, and classic rock hooks. The debut single, "I Don't Care," reimagines "Spirit in the Sky" as an anthem for the skinny-jeans-and-guyliner set with scathing bon mots like "I don't care what you think as long as it's about me" courtesy of bassist-lyricist Pete Wentz. Singer-guitarist Patrick Stimp adds newly soulful and loose vocal phrasing to his usual arsenal of open-throated choruses-with particular strength on cuts such as "Headfirst Slide Into Cooperstown on a Bad Bet" and "What a Catch, Donnie," a stringed power ballad that features guest appearances by Elvis Costello and Travis McCoy of the Gym Class Heroes. Also featuring guest appearances by Pharrell Williams and Debbie Harry, FOLIE A DEUX doesn't break the mold, but will remind everyone of why Fall Out Boy conquered the world in the first place., Runningtime: 00:00:00, Arranged By [Horns]: Patrick Stump, Arranged By [Horns], Trumpet: Jerry Hey, Engineer [Assistant]: Bob Mallory, Engineer [Assistant]: Kiki Cholewka, Engineer, Technician [Protools]: Erich Talaba, Lacquer Cut By: Ray Janos, Mastered By: Ted Jensen, Mixed By [Assistant]: Nicolas Fournier, Music By, Lyrics By: Fall Out Boy, Performer: Andrew Hurley, Performer: Joe Trohman, Performer: Patrick Stump, Performer: Pete Wentz, Producer: The Neptunes, Recorded By: Andrew Coleman (3), Recorded By: Ryan Kennedy, Recorded By, Mixed By, Producer: Neal Avron, Labelcode 1789629 (B0012196-01, B0012196-01, B0012196-01), Distributed By Universal Music Distribution, Phonographic Copyright (p) Island Def Jam Music Group, Copyright (c) Island Def Jam Music Group, Mastered At Sterling Sound, Lacquer Cut At Sterling Sound, Recorded At Record Plant, Los Angeles, Recorded At The Pass, Recorded At The Casita, Mixed At Paramount Recording Studios

SO happy I finally bought this album on record! The album was already fantastic listening digitally on my phone, but pressed on vinyl, the listening experience is elevated 100 times! The sound quality is amazing. This is probably the clearest sounding record I have listened to lately. There are no skips. It is a great press; I haven't found any manufacturing errors. Others who have purchased this record elsewhere said that there were errors where sides were labeled wrong, but not from this manufacturer. The transitions between songs are so lovely to hear as the songs connect. By far the best transition is between 20 Dollar Nosebleed and West Coast Smoker; I could SCREAM it is so good. I couldn't stop replaying it. The only issue I have is with the album cover sleeve, there are some creases and welts to the cardboard. Not nearly enough to make me regret the purchase, though!
