Marc Jason G. - 2022年 08月 05日 songs are fast, thrashy, and serve as a sort of embryo to what the band would later present in albums such as Beneath The Remains.

Ivica S. - 2021年 02月 28日 Sepultura - TRASH METAL - ... hallmark of the genre was the use of extended musical intros, the bands only getting around to the lyrics when they were damn good and ready. 5 STARS

Michael B. - 2020年 12月 15日 This is release of 2 first Sepultura works on 1 CD. On the one hand the cool cover artwork and the youthful charm, on the other hand the somewhat too chaotic guitar and drum sound (Morbid Vision) for me. Nevertheless, the album produces more than many hardcore albums by Sepultura. You have to listen to such records to show people how the Thrash Metal and especially Sepultura sounded. 3 stars for Morbid Visions.
The Bestial Devastation MLP, on the other hand, makes my heart beat faster. Fat production, simple and hard riffs and a powerful vocal. That makes 5 stars for BD.
That's how 4 stars come out on average.

Vagner C. - 2020年 07月 22日 This issue brings the frist records of Sepultura, Bestial Devastation EP (1985) and Morbid Visions (1986). With a raw mix of thrash and death metal, these guys were pioneers in the extreme metal from their country. These songs sound too distinct from what was revealed to world by Arise and current albums, but a record of the earlier career.

Vladimir M. - 2019年 06月 16日 Early Sepultura albums are pretty raw thrash/death metal with not so clean production. But I must say that these albums are truly brasilian underground and they have magic in songs. This CD compilation is remastered but nevermind, it carries true brasilian metal spirit and it's beginning one of the best metal bands of all time.

Azmi H. - 2018年 08月 30日 The Cavalera’s brothers and co produced one of the best album for Sepultura. With their raw sound, the album set a benchmark for some other Death Metal bands.
