This is a great jazz-oriented instrumental gem! The musicianship is on the top! This is a must have for any serious rock music collector!

In 1987, Zappa remixed the album for CD release, which was criticized by many - friends of the original recording. My opinion is that the cd version is better than the original LP release.

One of Zappa's best work in jazz rock. The musicianship is outstanding, no weak songs at all

robably Frank Zappa's most accessible album, loud, lary and lots of fun. I had an appalling cassette copy of this album when I was young, now a pensioner this music still appeals enormously. I believe that this CD is the original 1969 mix, it certainly has the wonderful mellow analogue sound that modern digital remixes nearly always lose.
