John M. - 16/Jan/2016 Then Play On: Enjoyed disc immensely. Very diverse tracks - so well balanced. Shame to pick favourites but would be remiss of me such splendid work on track 4 "My Dream" and great jamming track 9 "Searching for Madge" and wonderfully unusual track 6 "Oh Well". KILN HOUSE Liked material but somewhat unbalanced withhstandout tracks being track 3 "Blood on the Floor" track 2 "Station Man"; track 1 "This is the Rock" and track 4 "Hi Ho Silver". Christine McVie made her debut [although uncredited on this disc. She also drew the cover artwork. FUTURE GAMES Saw the introduction of Bob Welch [guitar and vocals] and until 1975 the group were a revolving door of guitarists. I understand no more than 2% o the lyrics and disliked the majority of the material used wiith one exception - track 6 "Sometimes". Would have preferred all instrumentals rather than frustrating vocal attempts. Summary: Thumbs down to Fleetwood Mac - they appear too have lost their way. BARE TREES Sees yet a different combination of guitarists but enjoyed it as a whole.Still had trouble discerning many lyrics but band did a good job. Favouriite tracks 1. track 9 "Dust" 2, Track 5 Bare Trees; 3. track 8 "Spare me a little of your Love 4. track 4 "Sunny Side of Heaven" Enjoyed quirky finale track 10 "Thoughts on a grey day" Good Listening. MYSTERY TO ME The title says it all and is the worst of the lot and once again find the choice of material very disappointing. with yet different guitarists and songwriters. Track 12 "Why" is god with track 4 next best for me. Would only receive a solitary playing from me such is its poor songwriting and to much dependece on mainly interrupting indiscernable lyrics
