"Faith (Deluxe Edition) (JC)" est une réédition spéciale de l?album emblématique de The Cure sorti en 1981 et proposée ici au format CD enrichi par le label Fiction Records. Cette édition deluxe comprend les morceaux originaux qui ont défini le son gothique du groupe ainsi que des titres rares et des enregistrements live offrant un regard approfondi sur cette période charnière de leur carrière. Formé à Crawley en Angleterre en 1976 sous la direction de Robert Smith, The Cure s?est imposé comme l?un des groupes majeurs du post-punk et de la scène alternative mondiale avec des succès tels que « Just Like Heaven », « Lovesong » ou encore « Friday I?m In Love ». Le groupe a vendu plusieurs millions d?albums dans le monde entier grâce à son univers unique mêlant mélancolie et intensité émotionnelle saluées par la critique internationale. Fondé en 1978, le label britannique Fiction Records joue un rôle clé dans l?accompagnement d?artistes novateurs dont il soutient les carrières depuis plus de quarante ans.
