 | Description: | Out of print in the U.S.! Another great selection of late night tunes compiled by Groove Armada. Subtitled Symphonic Tall Stories for the Small Hours, this compilation features tracks by Al Green, Loose Ends, Shuggie Otis, BRS, Jeru the Damaja and many others.Text from the rear of the cardboard sleeve - 'Don't know whether you've been paying attention - and if not get to the back of the class - but this fine addition to the AnotherLateNight canon includes Groove Armada's exclusive, instrumental cover version of the classic 'Fly Me To The Moon'. When we set up the series, the idea was this: wouldn't it be great if we got every compilor to cover one of their favorite tracks. You know, Like a modern version of those 70's easy listening albums by Geoff Love Orchestra and the Top of the Pops series. These cover versions are also available on a very limited 7-inch. The 7-inch singles, along with the CD, all feature a spoken word story that starts here and completes over the next 3 releases. The story has been written by Nick Walker, author of the excellent Black Box and is being read by none other than Sir Patrick Moore.'
