Description:Looking at life through the rearview mirror was the inspiration for John Hiatt's 2010 album, the Open Road. A classic Hiatt record, the rockin' songs sizzle with the heat from a two-lane blacktop on a hot summer's day. Hiatt and his touring band (Kenny Blevins on drums, Patrick O'Hearn on bass and Doug Lancio on guitars) recorded a test that gives 'Garage Rock' a new meaning. 'All the other years, my songs are about coming home,' Hiatt says. But within these 11 new songs, including 'Haulin' and the title track, 'The Open Road', home is never the destination., Runningtime: 00:00:00, Booking: Nikki Wheeler, Booking: Rob Prinz, Management: Ken Levitan, Management: Vector Management, Mastered By: Doug Sax, Mastered By [With]: Robert Hadley, Mixed By: John Hiatt, Mixed By [With Assistance From]: Arthur Sloatman, Performer [The Combo], Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar: John Hiatt, Performer [The Combo], Drums: Kenneth Blevins, Performer [The Combo], Electric Bass: Patrick O'Hearn, Performer [The Combo], Electric Guitar: Doug Lancio, Photography By: Jack Spencer, Producer [Produced By]: John Hiatt, Recorded By: John Hiatt, Songwriter [All Songs Written By]: John Hiatt, Labelcode NEWW6182.2 (NW6182), Manufactured By Optical Experts Manufacturing, Phonographic Copyright (p) New West Records, LLC, Copyright (c) New West Records, LLC, Recorded At Highway 61 Recording, Tanning And Barbecue, Mastered At The Mastering Lab, Published By Careers-BMG Music Publishing, Inc., Published By Oval Track Tunes, Copyright (c) Careers-BMG Music Publishing, Inc., Copyright (c) Oval Track Tunes
