Ian Carrâ??s NUCLEUS recorded at Loughborough University in Leicester on February 18th 1976 whilst on a 12-date British University winter tour. Playing a varied mix of Jazz Rock, Fusion and Funk, this Live 2CD set has over 102 minutes of music and features the jazz legend â??Ian Carrâ?? with a great live band of musicians as they toured their recent album â??Alleycatâ??. Originally recorded for a live radio broadcast, this previously un-released set is mastered from the original master tapes. Includes a 12-page booklet with rare photos and sleeve notes from keyboard player: Geoff Castle and writer: Alyn Shipton - whoâ??s biography on Ian Carr (Out Of The Long Dark) was recently published. -

Two CD live recording from1976 by this Jazz/Rock fusion band originally recorded for a radio broadcast. Six tracks including 'Alleycat', 'Snakehips Etcetera' and 'Alive & Kicking' plus a 12 page booklet of rare photo and sleeve notes from keyboard player Geoff Castle. MLP. 2006.
