Collector's edition in hardcover book with 48 pages. Includes bonus track "Dead Love", bonus CD with two exclusive cover songs, and DVD with "Gatherer of the Pure" video clip. After last year's re-releases of "The Corpse of Rebirth" (2008) and "Opportunistic Thieves of Spring" (2010), a Forest of Stars' third album "A Shadowplay for Yesterdays" is the band's actual debut on Prophecy Productions. While keeping their characteristically eccentric and sombre compositions as basis for their new release, epic Doom Metal riffs and the melody and playfulness of classic Prog Rock are now equally important to their Avantgarde Black Metal. Despite all that musical diversity and complexity "A Shadowplay for Yesterdays" emerges as the most accessible and catchiest output of the British band by far.
