Includes the full album The L.A. Session, recorded at the legendary Capitol Studios with drummer Jeff Hamilton and bassist John Clayton. Second CD features recordings that Kuhn made between 1996 and 2011 with various musicians including Toots Thielemans, Till Bronner, Benny Bailey, Dusko Goykovich, and Roberta Gambarini.
