Nothing's Shocking by Jane's Addiction, released 18 April 2009. This version of Nothing's Shocking comes as a 1xLP. The vinyl is pressed as a opaque disc. - RE-ISSUE ON RHINO RECORDS

Formed in Los Angeles in the mid-80s, Jane's Addiction set a standard for driving, passionate and sonically crushing alternative rock before the term was even coined. They were flamboyant and provocative, with an equal interest in visual art, fashion, and 70s era guitar riffs. Singer Perry Farrell, guitarist Dave Navarro, bassist Eric Avery, and percussionist Stephen Perkins were already commanders of a giant cult following by the time their first major-label release, Nothing's Shocking, came out in 1988. This album is now available on 180 gram vinyl.

This release is presumed to be a repress of [r5251712], as the runouts contain an identical matrix scheme from [l313190] (BD13238). However, this release is different in that is has the [l596015] label and Copyright/Phonographic Copyright to [l596015] rather than [l90718]. [l90718] was re-branded as [l596015] as of May 28, 2019. Made In Germany sticker directly on the lower back cover. Hype sticker affixed to shrink wrap of front jacket as shown in the photos. Variant 4 notes: Side A ?1x1? is a guess, hard to determine what was written. Side B ?116? is a guess, the 6 could be ?&? or something else, hard to determine. Runouts are entirely etched for both sides on all variants.
