This version of Love & Hate comes as a 1xCD. - Digitally re-mastered and expanded edition of the fourth studio album by Section 25, originally issued by Factory Records in 1988. The seven bonus tracks include both remixes of 'Bad News Week' by Bernard Sumner of New Order, released as a Factory maxi single. Also includes 'Crazy Wisdom' also features (produced by Sumner with Donald Johnson of a Certain Ratio), along with several previously unreleased demo tracks and remixes.Tracks 1 to 9 originally released as 'Love & Hate' (FACT 160) in 1988.
This cd reissue features the original LP song sequence.
Track 1 to 9 recorded at Park Lane Studio, Preesall, May 1986.
Track 10 & 11 recorded at Strawberry Studios, Stockport, May 1985.
Tracks 12 & 13 recorded and remixed at Yellow 2, Stockport, September 8, 1986.
Tracks 15 recorded at Berlin Studio, Blackpool, circa late 1984.
Track 14 & 16 recorded as demos for the album Retrofit in 2009.
