 | Description: | Widely credited as one of the originators of the UK breakbeat scene, Adam Freeland is the latest entry in DMC's Back to Mine series. DMC, launched in 1983, is the world's largest DJ organization and were the original publishers of Mixmag, the world's largest dance music magazine. DMC began compiling mix tapes in the early '90s. 20 years later, DMC's Mixmag Presents series has released compilations from the cream of dance DJs. DMC's premier series, Back to Mine, was set up in early 1999 and originally featured big name DJs playing what they'd play if you went back to their house after a set in a club. Since then, the series has diversified to include volumes from bands and artists. It has won critical acclaim worldwide and has so far featured selections from Nick Warren, Dave Seaman, Danny Tenaglia, Groove Armada, Faithless, Everything But the Girl, Talvin Singh, Morcheeba, MJ Cole, Orbital, New Order, the Orb, and Death in Vegas.
