Yuriy P. - 16/Oct/2024 5 of 5 Stars!
A catchy, fiery, brutal album from the legendary and unique Unleashed. The album sounds similar to the previous discs, but that's where the similarities end, all these works have more differences than common features. This is still Scandinavian death metal with a corresponding theme (the band's work is dedicated to the Vikings). The album cover, done in dark blue tones, paints a picture of a ship's journey across the sea. The music has become even more catchy, powerful, energetic, and more diverse and technical. Powerful riffs destroy everything with their heaviness. The drums, like thunder, make loud and frightening sounds. The voice orders the listeners to go conquer lands and glorify their lord Odin. The bass guitar, repeating the sound of the guitars, smashes everything to pieces with its locking sounds. And all this together makes up the thrice-killer music of Unleashed. Highly recommended for listening, plus for all this, for heavy metal lovers, the guys have prepared a gift in the form of the Judas Priest song “Breaking The Law”, covered by this team of Swedish death metallers.
