Issued in a thick jewel case with 2 trays located on the outer sides and middle tray with 16-page booklet for CD2 housed on one side and CD2 on other side. There is no booklet for CD1. CD3 contains the complete tracks from the second CDs of the enhanced releases [r=4664279] and [r=3213538].
