Description:	Hilde, Karl und Philip leben in einem Heim für Behinderte in Bremen und sind wirklich gute Freunde. Hilde arbeitet als Küchenhilfe, während Karl und Philip in der hauseigenen Fabrik Watschelenten herstellen. Enno (Dominique Horwitz) ist schon längere Zeit Betreuer im Heim und hat seinen früheren Idealismus über die Jahre komplett verloren. Abgeklärt und zynisch erledigt er seine Aufgaben. Als Karl mitbekommt, dass Enno ihm einen Job in einer betreuten Werkstatt ausserhalb des Heims vermiest und Philip sich mit seiner Freundin Vanessa gestritten hat, beschliessen die drei Freunde sich bei nächster Gelegenheit abzusetzen. Als eine Wattwanderung geplant wird, nutzen sie ihre Chance und starten ihren Urlaub vom Heim. Von Bremen geht es nach Köln und von dort Paris. Enno wird beauftragt die drei zurückzuholen und eine wilde Verfolgung beginnt...
