| | Descripción: | Detective Scott Turner führt in Cypress Beach ein
wohlgeordnetes Yuppie-Dasein, bis ein Mordfall das
verschlafene Küstenstädtchen aufschreckt. Einziger
Tatzeuge ist Huutsch, eine überdimensionale, sabbernde
Dogge, die der peinlich saubere Detective als Kronzeugen
in seiner edlen Wohnung unterbringen muss. Huutsch zerlegt
nicht nur im Handumdrehen die Designermöbel, er stellt
auch Turners Privatleben auf den Kopf. Objekt seiner
Begierde ist nämlich die Colliehündin der attraktiven
Tierärztin Emily, der so sein Herrchen näherkommt. Am Ende
muss der getreue Huutsch bei der Mörderjagd sein Leben
lassen, Scott aber kümmert sich um Huutschs Nachwuchs und
wird selbst Familienvater.
