Description:	Die bezaubernde Geschichte über das kleine Waisenmädchen Heidi, das bei seinem menschenscheuen Großvater inmitten unberührter Natur in den Schweizer Bergen aufwächst und in 26 Folgen viele schöne Abenteuer erlebt. Weil Tante Dete eine Anstellung als Hausmädchen in Frankfurt annimmt, schickt sie die kleine Heidi zu ihrem einsiedlerischen Großvater auf die Alm. Dieser ist zunächst wenig begeistert, lernt Heidi jedoch schnell besser kennen und gewöhnt sich an das aufgeweckte Mädchen. Schon bald schließt Heidi auch mit dem Ziegenhirten Peter Freundschaft und lebt ein unbeschwertes Leben in den Bergen. Bis eines Tages ihre Tante Dete zu Besuch kommt und Heidi mit nach Frankfurt nimmt, wo sie die Spielgefährtin der reichen Clara Sesemann werden soll...
