| | Description: | In seinem ersten Jahr als neues Mitglied der CSI-Abteilung in Las Vegas bekommen Dr. Raymond Langston (Laurence Fishburne) und seine Kollegen es wieder mit brutalen Verbrechern und grausamen Morden zu tun. Nach Warricks tragischem Tod am Ende von Staffel 8 beginnt nun die Jagd nach seinem Mörder. Grissom und Co. finden ihn in den eigenen Reihen, was den Kollegen aber nicht wieder lebendig macht. Es bleibt den Crime Scene Investigators auch wenig Zeit für Trauer, denn spannend geht es weiter mit einem Serienkiller, der seine Opfer in lebensechten Posen mitten in der Öffentlichkeit platziert. Zur Mitte der Staffel nehmen wir Abschied von Gil Grissom, für den Dr. Langston (Laurence Fishburne) dem CSI Las Vegas Team beitritt.
