The heavy, dirty guitar riffs of Billy Duffy, the inimitable vocals of Ian Estberry, light blues tones - these are the hallmarks of The Cult of the 89th year. The album does not contain any boring songs. In general, the album is for those who like non-sleek hard with blues and punk elements such as Dogs d 'Amour and Quireboys, however, the Highest professionalism and finer taste are distinguished from the above The Cult musicians.

La banda británica nos ofrecía con este "Sonic Temple" (1989) probablemente uno de sus mejores discos (sino el mejor), cargado madurez, con soberbios e inspirados temas, y sonando más compacta que nunca (en gran medida gracias a la producción de Bob Rock).
