Featuring classic cuts from the originators of Ska; the Skatalites, the Wailers, Lee Perry with a heavy dose of rarities from the vaults by Roland Alphonso, the Gaylads, the Ethiopians, Don Drummond, Jackie Opel and many more. Track 3 is written "Marcus Garvey" by Bongo Man & The Skatalites on back cover, "Where Is Garvey" by Bongo Man in booklet (liner notes say it was originally released as "Where Is Garvey" on the Muzik City label credited to Bongo Man, accompanied by Roland Alphonso & The Studio 1 Orchestra, then re-issued in Jamaica as "Marcus Garvey" by [a=King Rasta] and in the UK as "Marcus Garvey" by The Skatalites).
Track 11 is credited to Roland Alphonso & The Studio One Orchestra on back cover, to The Skatalites in booklet.
